The stated commission is the final amount. The operator of SpiritEvents.cz is not VAT registered.
An order of CZK 1,000 has a commission of CZK 50.
Commission is based on the total ticket price in the order. If 5% is less than CZK 10, the commission is CZK 10 — once per order, even when it contains several tickets.
Buyers pay only the ticket price, with no service fee. Free orders have no commission.
For refunds or payment disputes, the organizer bears actual payment provider fees under the organizer terms.
Your events and tickets
You can sell tickets here with a Czech IČO and complete verified billing details. As a VAT payer, you can sell ordinary admission to physical events in Czechia, with a confirmed 12% or 21% rate per ticket type and orders up to CZK 10,000 including VAT. Other tax regimes and organizers without an IČO can promote events with an external sale link.

Sell tickets
You can sell tickets two ways, side by side — both stay available, nothing's mandatory.
- Directly through SpiritEvents: card payment via Stripe, QR code straight to the buyer's inbox, payout to your account no later than 5 working days after the event ends.
- Through your own channel: SMSticket, GoOut, FB event, your own site. The event page links straight to wherever you set.
- Sales stats and attendee overview right in the admin — how many sold, how many left, how many refunded.
- Refunds in a few clicks — individual orders and bulk on event cancellation.
- QR scanner built right into the website — works offline too. No hardware, no extra software.
